Teleconsultation
Online ENT consultation with Dr Joel's Clear ENT Clinic for patients outside India—built on the same clinical standards as our paediatric and adult ENT centre in Trivandrum.

Teleconsultation is available only for patients residing outside India.
Overview
We offer teleconsultation for ENT problems, review of reports, and follow-up advice for patients who are unable to visit the clinic in person.
Teleconsultation is not suitable for emergency conditions.
Timing
Teleconsultations are normally conducted between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (IST) when the clinic is not open.
Occasionally, alternate timings may be arranged.
What does teleconsultation include?
Teleconsultation involves a video consultation with Dr Joel. We will discuss your symptoms and history, and then Dr Joel will provide a possible diagnosis and treatment plan.
How long does the session last? The session usually lasts for 10 minutes. If more time is needed, we will schedule a follow-up session.
Can I ask questions after the session? We encourage you to discuss all your doubts and concerns during the session. The doctor will be busy after consultation with other patients at the hospital. You can address any urgent concern by sending a message to the clinic number.
I have followup concerns. Do I need to pay for a followup? Yes, you need to pay for a followup. Followup consultation will need to be scheduled separately.
Booking instructions
Step 1 — Payment
Send teleconsultation fee (Rs 1200) using Google Pay/UPI to the QR code shown below.
Step 2 — Send your details
Submit a short request by email. We use this to prepare for your teleconsultation.

Step 3 — WhatsApp message
After payment, send a WhatsApp message to the clinic with:

After sending payment, send a screenshot showing successful credit of money to our account.
Step 5 — Scheduling
We will contact you to fix a mutually acceptable time for teleconsultation. Make sure the number provided has Whatsapp enabled. We will not be able to call to an international number directly.
Step 6 — Google Meet link
Ten minutes before the scheduled time, we will send a Google Meet link via WhatsApp.
Step 7 — Join consultation
Click the link and join the video consultation.
Refund policy
- If a mutually acceptable time cannot be fixed, a full refund will be provided.
- The refund will be sent via Google Pay only.
Payment policy
We accept payment only through Google Pay.
We cannot accept:
- SWIFT transfer
- Bank wire transfer
- International account transfer
- Other payment methods
Additional notes
- Teleconsultation is not for emergencies.
- A good internet connection is recommended.
- Consultation is subject to clinical appropriateness.
