Cancel your appointment.

Use the same mobile number and MRD printed on your prescription or confirmation message. Please cancel at least one hour before your slot so another patient can use it.

  • pin Your MRD is the hospital ID number sent by SMS/WhatsApp after registration.
  • schedule Only upcoming confirmed appointments that have not already been seen can be cancelled here.
  • notifications Reception and the doctor are notified as soon as you confirm.
