I had a really great experience with Dr.Joel. I had tonsil infection for around last 2 years and it was recurrent. I have been going through antibiotics for a lot of time and things have become really hard for me recently and many of the antibiotics have become not-effective for me. One of my friend told me about Dr.Joel and asked me to consult him and he assured me that Dr.Joel will take care of anything related to ENT. I was initially little bit hesitant because I have not heard of him before and I thought to give it a try as the last resort.

So I went to him and got consulted.From my first experience itself, everything from top to bottom was excellent whether it is the appointment booking or giving directions or explaining about your disease everything was top notch.

Dr.Joel tries to comprehensively understand each and every symptoms and gave me detailed explanation of what my issue is and he was ready to answer all my queries.He suggested me to take out the tonsils because that was causing the infection and I have acute chronic tonsilitis.He did answer all my questions related to the surgery, the curing period, the complications, surgery cost and everything related to the surgery.

Finally, I had surgery 5 days later after different tests.Even before the surgery he met me and my wife and explained everything in detail and was ready to answer all our doubts.He even gave his personal number to contact him in case of any emergencies.

Even if we call him during any odd times, he was ready to answer the call and hear what our difficulties are.

Now I am in week 3 of my surgery and I have completely recovered from all the infections and issues I had.Thanks a lot for Dr.Joel, who was with us from start to end.
